Elle a&nbsp;jou\u00e9&nbsp;un&nbsp;r\u00f4le&nbsp;central dans la&nbsp;l\u00e9galisation&nbsp;de&nbsp;l\u2019avortement&nbsp;en&nbsp;France, et la reconnaissance du viol&nbsp;comme&nbsp;un crime&nbsp;s\u00e9rieux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gis\u00e8le est n\u00e9e&nbsp;en&nbsp;Tunisie&nbsp;en&nbsp;1927&nbsp;dans&nbsp;une&nbsp;famille&nbsp;juive. Elle&nbsp;avait&nbsp;deux fr\u00e8res et&nbsp;une&nbsp;s\u0153ur,&nbsp;cependant&nbsp;ses&nbsp;parents&nbsp;pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient&nbsp;ses&nbsp;fr\u00e8res&nbsp;donc&nbsp;elle&nbsp;se&nbsp;rebellait&nbsp;beaucoup. Quand&nbsp;elle&nbsp;avait&nbsp;10&nbsp;ans, pendant&nbsp;8&nbsp;jours,&nbsp;elle&nbsp;a&nbsp;fait&nbsp;une&nbsp;gr\u00e8ve&nbsp;de la&nbsp;faim&nbsp;afin&nbsp;de&nbsp;persuader son p\u00e8re de lui&nbsp;permettre&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;lire. En 1956,&nbsp;elle&nbsp;est&nbsp;partie&nbsp;en&nbsp;France pour&nbsp;pratiquer&nbsp;la&nbsp;loi.&nbsp;Elle&nbsp;\u00e9tait&nbsp;avocate&nbsp;super&nbsp;parce&nbsp;qu\u2019elle&nbsp;\u00e9tait&nbsp;connue&nbsp;comme&nbsp;\u2018avocate&nbsp;pour les dossiers&nbsp;difficiles\u2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1971&nbsp;Gis\u00e8le, Simone de Beauvoir et&nbsp;d\u2019autres&nbsp;ont&nbsp;fond\u00e9&nbsp;un&nbsp;groupe&nbsp;f\u00e9ministe&nbsp;qui&nbsp;s\u2019appelle&nbsp;\u2018Choisir&nbsp;la cause des femmes\u2019&nbsp;afin&nbsp;de&nbsp;lutter&nbsp;pour la&nbsp;l\u00e9galisation&nbsp;d\u2019avortement. En 1975,&nbsp;l\u2019avortement&nbsp;a&nbsp;\u00e9te&nbsp;l\u00e9galis\u00e9&nbsp;en&nbsp;France.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De 1988 \u00e0 2011,&nbsp;elle&nbsp;a&nbsp;publi\u00e9&nbsp;15&nbsp;livres,&nbsp;qui&nbsp;s\u2019occupaient&nbsp;du&nbsp;f\u00e9minisme&nbsp;et la justice&nbsp;sociale,&nbsp;tels&nbsp;que&nbsp;\u2018La cause des femmes\u2019 et \u2018Ne vous&nbsp;r\u00e9signez&nbsp;jamais\u2019. Elle est&nbsp;morte&nbsp;en&nbsp;2020 \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e2ge&nbsp;de 93&nbsp;ans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gis\u00e8le Halimi&nbsp;\u00e9tait&nbsp;une&nbsp;femme&nbsp;incroyable;&nbsp;elle&nbsp;contribuait&nbsp;grandement&nbsp;\u00e0 plus de&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9&nbsp;pour les femmes&nbsp;en&nbsp;France et&nbsp;en&nbsp;Europe. Elle a&nbsp;consacr\u00e9&nbsp;sa&nbsp;carri\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;lutter&nbsp;contre&nbsp;l\u2019injustice.
