From the editor
In this edition of our blog, students from Years 7-13 have created a range of articles around the central theme of ‘people’. We chose this theme because people and language have a symbiotic relationship. People are the vessel in which language, and hence, culture is transmitted, with many of the articles exploring how cultural icons have communicated their ideas.
Language is permeated with the essence of human presence, whether that be casual conversations between friends or intellectual Proustian rambles. These articles endeavour to encapsulate this relationship and investigate its rich kaleidoscope.
